Project Description:

  • Increase of transport accessibility of the territory of St. Petersburg agglomeration due to reduction of travel time
  • Ensuring the safety of the population by reducing the accident rate in road transport
  • Improvement of the quality of the developed management decisions at various levels and the speed with which the management actions are implemented.  

Project objectives:

  • transport accessibility improvements to the territory of the St. Petersburg’s agglomeration through the reduction of travel time (increase of traffic speed);

  • provision of safety for the population by reducing road accidents;

  • quality improvement of management decisions and action implementation at various levels and efficiency.
